It is my sad duty to report on the death of Rivs Howgill a former Chatham Dog End.  Rivs' funeral will take place on the 30th March at 4pm at The Garden of England Crematorium , Bobbing, Nr. Sittingbourne Kent.  All those that knew Rivs would be more than welcome to attend and his wife Pam and family would be very happy to see you.  Pease pass this message on to anyone who may have known Rivs.
