Well i dont mind I was on the berryhead at the time.1968we were coming home from germany, due alongside fountain lake jetty2.At about 1330 20/12/68.I was getting married on the 21.So we had our tot like you do plus lots more coase i was getting married.Of coarse i had too much to fall in for entering harbour (i was the buffers yoaman )at the time.So they locked me in the buffers store.which was just under the focs'l up two decks from the main deck.As we were passing the yot i opened the scuttle and had a P%%S out of it.I was spotted so when we got alongside i was sent for by the jimmy who was going to rattle me.But getting married the next day he put it off until after chrissy after leave. When i got off leave i thought got away with it but i did not i got 3*14's a slapped wrist realy.SO THERE WAS ME PI%$&NG OUT THE SCUTTLE WHILST PASSING THE YOT.The charge was endangering the ship breaking condition YANKIE ZB..I dont think the charge for pi$%&ng out of a scuttle whilst the yot would have looked well .I dont if i was seen from the yot but when your coming to fountain lake a ship does pass pretty close
