Once again it saddens me to report the loss of another of our family. Jimmy Mann recently passed away, his funeral will be at Portchester Crematorium at 1130 on Monday 15th October. If I remember rightly Jimmy was a Solo Cornet player I had the pleasure of serving with him at Eastney in the mid 60s, he wsa also a very fine footballer. My condolences go to all members of his family and to those of us that remember Jimmy whilst serving and no doubt others in later years. J
RIP JIMMY.

Perhaps a glass can be raised at the Reunion this year for "absent friends".
RIP Jimmy.

Well said twink, I agree, a couple of us as we take our tot have raised our glasses to "absent friends" for the last couple of years it would be a good thing if it was done as a whole, thats my thoughts anyway. See you and many more at the weekend.
