Don't worry Titch.  It just goes to show you were in greater demand!

The simple answer is that there were far more RM Bands, than when I joined.

Ha ha! I can add to that list of photos when you were in my section of 4 Titch.

Look out for it, in fact I think it's already on the site somewhere...

Tony,
Were you not at the Dogend home HMS Pembroke in the mid to late 70s or is there another T Richardson who looks just like you, I am sure that you and I had a few beers together in that era in fact I am sure I can recall a night in the club at Walderslade?????? or am I confused as usual or is this a part of your career you wish to forget?????

If Mick and Tony went there it's probably an exclusive 'gentlemen's club' and only the elite Bandies would be allowed in.

Ginge, I come from there and there would have been nothing elite, about any clubs etc in that area!

For those who know the area, the Woodsman Pub in Weeds Wood, was demolished a few years ago.  The natives, became too much trouble!!

Nothing elite in that area?  I'll have you know Andy Rowett lives in Walderslade!

On second thoughts, that seems to confirm your views. ☺

I didn't venture that far into the jungle when I was at Chatham.  I'd heard rumours of spear throwing.

Is it true that one ex Bandy got a job as a rear gunner on a milk float in Gillingham?
