I have just returned from Jo's funeral and you will pleased to hear it was very well attended and there was standing room only upstairs by the time we all squeezed in.

A simple and moving ceremony with a nice eulogy read by Bob [Jo's son] and Nicola [Grandaughter]  Pasty did the bugling and did a grand job. There are lots of pictures and press cuttings of Jo detailing his career prioe to being the 'instrument repair man'  We all have our charachters we remember during out period of service but it seems Jo was certainly one of those charachters during his time and a great footballer to boot by all accounts.  There is now a wake at the RMA which i am returning to now i have dumped the car.

Now we now all move up the seniorty list one more place but it is not a seniority we applied to be on!
