I can confirm this!!!

When a doctor and a nurse at an incident request an ambulance that's what they want... not a bloke in a stripy renault clio who should have retired about 10 years ago and missed a vein the size of the suez canal!

sorry... am I ranting...  

all ended well however.. eventually!
