Glad to hear that you are on the mend John, you need to keep away from those foul smelling "breath-blasters" like that one you had in Scotland!  Seriously though, I hope that you build yourself back up to full capacity soon.

Where there is a blame, there is a claim!

I've been stopped 7 months now mate. Go see the doc and get help, they really do help. I did it with Zyban tablets, it wasn't easy but then again it was easier than going cold turkey! All I have to do now is not pick one up again  and that gets easier every day

Not had one since I went in on the 12/12/08. Funny thing was the NHS wouldn't prescribe anything unless Elaine bought the 1st pack of patches ??? Now she has done that I get them free on the NHS. Where's the logic when HM gov are making it illegal to smoke anywhere and they keep banging on to everyone to give up.

A simple trick, that really works. When thinking you want a fag, just take a big breath thru the mouth.

I did it with Nico Gum, as the patches gave me really bad and freaky dreams.
In the end, I got addicted to the gum and had to be weened off that.

How many people do you reckon, became ill, because thay stood outside the Pub, in the rain and cold for a fag!!!!!!!

whoflungdung ????????
I've been racking my brain trying to work out who you are.
Even looked at your profile.
The clue has got to be the 'Breath Blaster thingy' (stunk the boot of my car out by the time I had driven from FOSNI Band on draft back to Deal) It had to be either Bomber, Bob Heath, or Gary Martin. Bomber signs as Bomber, don't think Bob is on here So it must be you Gary, am I right ?,
put me out my misery,
and Happy New Year to you'
JC
