RAB,  Latin, promulgatus 'published': 1/ promulgate,make known to the public ;  disseminate ; 2/ proclaim (a decree,newsetc.).
Taken from the Compact Oxford Dictionary, but often used in my early days in the RMSM to us tell how and why. The powers to be then must have 'incolgated' one, GH.  Bye the way 'Fred' used far bigger words.
It all means that when we know details of coming 2009 reunion we will tell you all.

Correction    Typo error.  incolgate should read  'inculcate'. Doesn't make much difference to the taste.

It's on again.  Last weekend in march '09. Same town, better venue for the Friday and Sunday events. On Board HMS Buffalo for the main lunch on Saturday. Still waiting for confirmation from several who had said that they may attend. We need to know numbers for catering, so please let me know ASAP.  Accommodation is still available at the Glenelg Motel, Tapleys Hill Rd. Glenelg, South Australia. Full detail from Bob Chumley on Email;  chummers@optusnet.com.au     The weather today in Victoria is 42, tomorrow 42, next day 40. Oh the joy of airconditioning.

Sorry, missinformation. Temperature today expected to be 44. But that is cool. In Adelaide yesterday it was 46. I didn't think I'd ever say it, But, send us some snow.
