Definately George there JP. Could it also be Jan Dale/Geordie Renwick front left on stretcher? and perhaps Bill Sabine front right???? Town Sergeant should be able to confirm or put me straight. (No, wish I hadn't said that)

From the size of the neck and head I think the guy on the front/right looks like Graham smudge -go redder Smith..Trumpet/cornet player and stretcher sitter-onner (so they didn`t blow away when the helicopters landed)

I'll get back to you on who's at the front...

I'm on the stretcher (re: H&S) making sure that we can get down the gangway OK before we get the Argentinian wounded off!

I'm off to Wales this weekend for a mini Falklands Reunion. (Well a lot of Wales resembles the Falklands, so that's why we decided to hold it there)

So if you are passing the Brecon Beacons on Saturday night, call by and have a drink with us.

Seriously (YES!) It's Irfon Higgin's Silver Wedding Anniv on Saturday and we shall be swinging the lamp, no doubt!

He got married 2 days before we sailed on SS Canberra 1982

In 1982, I still had my Paxman Full Triple. (Left in the UK for obvious reasons!)

It was after the Falklands that I traded it in for a Model 20 (Lots of money in the bank, as there was nowhere to spend it for 3 months!)

As you know, I then moved on to the Alex 103M and had a Pusser's Nickel Silver Paxman in reserve....

I can rule out Smudge (Solo Cornet).........He wasn't there.
We did have Graham Smith (Bass Player) aka Bambi (not from Scotland)

They're all called Graham for some daft reason!

I was with George at the weekend and he thought the one on the right is Al White?

I'll have a guess at Kev 'Lard' Wilson & Sam Goldsworthy?
