As you appear to have problems with your Forum, (may I suggest you look at my Server through my Site), may get some brass for the advert, and see if they can help you set up a New Forum. I have used Homestead for some considerable time now, and while they are not FREE or Cheap, they do provide an excellent package. See www.hmsgambia.com and click on affiliates....
