Other names are Julian Vernon Ludbrook (next to Jay) and Ray Edwards (cello), Clive Hardy (next to Gaz) and Mick Blandbford. Think I was on that trip, might have been in the bar that night.
Mr Bass Trombone

I think with my old eyes, I can see Dave Seed on Flute, you can hardly miss the reflection from his Bins.

....They're all dressed like Lion Tamers!

I agree they all look the same. Just like all cats are Grey at night...
townsergeant

Talking of cats....

Percy Shaw invented 'Cats' Eyes' by looking at the light reflected from a cat's eye.

Had the cat been walking away from him, he would have invented the pencil sharpener...

WITH GRATEFUL THANKS TO KEN DODD

Yep that's Carrots Reynolds and me Paul (not sperm anymore thank god) Baker on horns. It was taken on the state visit to Norway and the opening of the Sullom Voe Oil Terminal in the Shetlands in late 1980

pbaker59

Doing good

I'm doing great and stifling in 31 degrees all year round. Joined the site to see old faces but everyones got such weird aliases I ain't got a clue who's who. HELP
2nd Clarinet

I ain't gonna make it easy for you....

If you read through some of the threads, you'll get to know who is who, well, nearly.

I shared a room with you in Pembroke when you used to have a foil?

No more clues......
pbaker59

My God that's back in 78. I can't even remember my wifes name sometimes (mind you she is Chinese). I can remember all the faces of the Chatham Dogends but hardly any names except good old Terry F.

Paul,
KL is not that far from Adelaide and Singapore Airlines I believe fly direct. Would you like we ex RMBs down here to put you on our Data Base with a view to maybe joining us at a future reunion Down Under? You may enjoy the experience.
