Rodney Colbourne

Posted on behalf of Eric Hayward: Have just received a message by private email from Nobby (Herman) Clarke, inquiring about Rodney Colbourne last seen by me in 3rd Cdo Bde in February '65. after which I returned to the UK for discharge. Does anybody know whether Rodney is still with us. I of course hope that he is still alive and well.

Last saw "Rodders" in 1985.   Was living in the Gosport area.  (Cant remember the area but it was just laying backoff the main Gosport Road).  He was working and very happy messing around with pianos at this stage!  Still into his favourite stuff (G&S)

If anyone does get in contact, please give him my regards as well.

Thanks for the infor Eric.   Gonna write to him now.   Another long time friend that slipped away through lack of communications.  So bloody easy to do and so hard to track when lost.
