RAF Police - Northolt

Does anyone remember the night when someone (couldn't possibly have been a Fleet band member!!!!) unscrewed the blue light from the RAF Plod car and hid it?? It was Naafi bop night and they were not impressed! We eventually had to bale out of the windows of the Naafi as the Plod kept everyone in until they found it! (don't think they ever did!!)

Aaron - do you remember who it was or is the stolen blue light in your little aardark nest, being saved for a rainy day????

IT WASN'T ME HONEST SARGE. I'll tell you one thing though. They don't half take big batteries to make em work without a police car attached

SYNCRONISED CYCLING

Although I hated RAF bases (too nicey nice for me) I remember coming back from a run ashore with Mick Barham and as we negotiated the scarey female on the gate with her SLR in her hand, we saw 2 bikes leaning against the guard room. Now 2 inebriated bandies and 2 insecure bikes !! So we borrowed them and flew past the guard room and onto the air field. What fun we had sweeping in and out of the white lines in perfect harmony...but wait, a plane was trying to land and subsequently aborted landing due to 2 idiots on bikes. The long and short of it was we got locked up and did "JANKERS" with a "J", for the next few months.
