Hello Andy, I was a sprog in Deal just before you went outside. We played Euchre and I was the one getting the beatings for not playing the right card at the right time. Did yuo get an invite to Andy Travis' Top Table, you were one of the original Dealdos. I'm not sure of the full guest list but I'll post it some time

how brilliant to hear back from people so quickly..i haven't stopped smiling for 24 hours..i'm sure my wife thinks i'm having an affair!!
apologies to all in junior wing in '74..does anyone remember me setting me mattress on fire when i went to bed with a pocket warmer under my pillow to keep warm?!!i almost suffocated everybody in me room,but the worst thing was i put me mattress in the drying room,and the whole wing,including everyones kit,smelled of burning rubber in the morning,NOT conducive to a good kit-muster!!
needless to say,i spent a good few days scraping polish off the corridor floors as punishment..still,its probably all central heating and carpets these days!!

yes fanx did get invite..he left his number so will call him this week..me wifes expecting next month so might have to "go over the fence" tho!!
had good training as regards that so shud be ok..
