For bandies, it's blue with a red bit and a shiny bit- unless it's the time of the year for playing at soldiery things   , in which case the shiny bit is changed for a dull bronzy bit. It goes on yer head. Style and shape are of the utmost importance.

Ahem!! Good Point Nick and very well presented!!!  What I should have mentioned was that a dashing shapely bert doesn't prevent you from getting made redundant 14 years later!!

........ but blue ones with a red patch are great for camouflage if you are hiding in a blue bushy top tree with red patchy leaves!
