Ex BRNC Bandmasters

Does anyone know the location of the following Gentlemen who were in charge of BRNC Band in days long gone by:

Bandmaster P Coombes
Bandmaster D Johnson
Bandmaster W Shillitto
Bandmaster R Sharpe
Bandmaster D Drake
Bandmaster J Robertson
Bandmaster D Walton
Bandmaster G Ward
Bandmaster M R Goss
Bandmaster D Hough
Bandmaster R E Williamson

BRNC would like their contact details as soon as possible.  Please forward them to Drum Major Flash Gordon via email to brnc-rm2 AT SYMBOL nrta.mod.uk

Your swift  help is appreciated.  We would also appreciate information if any of these gentlemen have gone to the big parade ground in the sky.

Thank You

Les Sheppard

I last saw Wally Shilletto in the mid 80's. He was at a 1664 Club do in the Corps Museum. Try asking the 1664 Club.
Mick Goss was at a Plymouth Fleet Club reunion a about 3 years ago. Pete Westaway might have his contact details?

I have sent details of Rodney Williamson.

Both Dave Walton & Doug Drake are deceased. (From ex-RMB Sunset page)

Hi Les

I guess there is a reason for the specific people on the list, however should they need Dee Lindars details let me know as i am his booking agent. As you know Dee was probably the most succesful of BRNC bandmasters, having introduced the stinging nettle gussets for the first female band service members. He did of course keep the dock leaves locked in his office!

I notice there are some names missing Les. Do you already have their details?

From what Les said today on the phone, they do have a lot of contact details... the ones above are the details that they need.
