AUS 91

Who remembers the FMB International tour of Aus.

Jack K and Gunner Yates holding the driver of the bands artic so that we could rescue the bands gear. The driver had kidnapped the gear and would not release it until he was paid........the sponsor of the gig had gone bust.

Piccanauticle??? The world famous Picc duet by LT Col J. W. Roy Kahgin and Phil Evans playing while a drunk was urinating over two old dears in the front row hence known as Pi**anauticle!

Auy more dits from the tour are welcome.....there're soooo many.

SgtBug Dave Kerr travelling in a Road Train kinda thingy ahead of the Band Bus, (was the driver called Neil?) with a driver who kept popping funny pills down his throat so that he could stay awake on the trip across the Nullabour desert in one hit........Booty :O)
Albert the Aardvark

I missed that one, I wasn't even born!

I also remember Billy Walker being in everyones photograph. I don't think he had a camera with him, but he appeared in so many pictures that he could have had a complete album of photographs with him in every single shot.......Now that is a skill....Booty :O)

It's an old trick of mine that was used all over the world!

Back to the OZ91 trip, remember Rod Starr and his impression of the kangaroos? Me and Twink turning up for the collection of instruments in Perth (rather under-dressed) Sizzler throwing up over his expensive trainers! Big Jack's hangover after a night on the Gin with Rod Starr. The trip across the desert. Our driver slamming on the anchors to let us know it was time to wake up for big-eats! The Indian restaurant in Adelaide. The final night in Tasmania.....

I'm sure there's more!
