I've been watching the Royal British Legion Festival 2009 yesteray on BBC at 9:15pm. I've hearing music from this band, and like it. I would like to buy their CD or soundtracks.

I've been seeing it again, and want to know what that piece of music is called. Scroll to the time: 19:20 to start hearing it. All I know what the band name is called - The Band of Her Majesty's Royal Marines (Portsmouth). http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...embrance_2009/

I don't know the name of the piece, but I think you'll find this is the proper link...

'Interesting Editing' Zed? Bl**dy awful sound editing, a disgrace to all who worked hard to put it all together! The BBC should be hauled over the coals for what they put out in the name of Rememberance.

Rant over..great performance by the team, shame it was ruined by the Beep

The COD cut the static at the request of someone... the BBC then cut it further!!!! The COD were not happy. The BBC do it every year and on every performance. They did the same thing on HGs with every single tier being missed

The Crab 'bone section left the band and ran up onto the lip of the stage and played a 'bone break, which I'm sure sounded great if you were in the Hall - but was crap on TV 'cos you could hardly hear them.

Shame

Thanks Stuey. When Doris lets me have the remote, I'll have a look.

There was Fleet Air Arm 100 and it's on the Beating Retreat 2009 cd. Not sure of the drum beatings but they were followed by Royal Blue thats on MFM2002 Hope that helps.
