Just a little bit of fun.........
Over the years, there have been many, many recordings made by the RMBS and released to the public.
I will post some 'Covers' of the recordings which have been censored by me.
What you need to do is;
1. Name the Recording
2. Name the recording Royal Marine Band
3. State the year recorded
EASY.................????!!!! Let's see..........
Cover number 1.

Cut and Paste..............What a wonderful thing!
You are now barred from any further entries........
You're right. Well done Mr Mace Carrier and Protector.
(I saw the TV programme with the Dover Mayor being told he was on the large side.) _________________ .

I saw the Street Doctors episode....sadly it was the Mayor of Deal not Dover (Yes...they said Dover!) and he is a fat b'stard! It said his waist was 58ins?.....In his dreams!!!
The programme also said he was going to the gym each day....That's funny?.....I didn't realise there was a pub in Deal called 'The Gym!'
Back to the thread....It was Google Images that helped me!
I now consider myself barred. _________________ Nill Illigitimi Carborundum |

Yes, he did look a bit of a Salad Dodger.
Street Doctors going around Dover and interviewing the Mayor of Deal! Was he impersonating the Mayor of Dover?
Did he just happen to be shopping with his wife in Dover wearing his full regalia?
Was it mistaken identity, impersonation or just another BBC programme blunder?
The mystery deepens......... _________________ .

The programme was set in and around Dover, but for some reason unbeknown to me, it moved rapidly to Deal Market and the feature with Giant Haystacks......sorry, the Mayor of Deal! _________________ Nill Illigitimi Carborundum |

As a result of the information you have supplied regarding the Mayor Mystery, you are now re-instated to the 'Cover' guessing game.
But let the others have a go first. _________________ .
