Welcome Nathan. You will find that we are generally a friendly, good natured and ever so worryingly mad group of people with sometimes a dubious sense of humour . Beware of Aardvarks carrying gifts... Nice of you to post to our little forum.

That's him....That's the one Nathan. The one above this post. Just don't mention Ball Tops....He's as mad as a box of frogs and will have you in various ways. (Normally behind a Bass Drum, but just watch yourself, he's viscious!!!)

What is the difference between a Sergeant and a Fit Sergeant?? And why do you use a Capital i ???

Could be abreviation for Flight Sergeant.

yeah, its a lower case L. Its short for Flight Sgt, equivalent to colour, or staff sgt.
