Hi Shipmates,
Sorry guys but I was a matelot and served on HMS Cleopatra F28 from 1978 - 81.

The reason I've come on is to promote our website of which I'm webmaster.

Hello Trig,
I spent a short time on the Leander HMS Hermione in 1978. Not as small as they appear from the outside!

If I can find them, I have a couple of photos of F28, taken in 1971 from HMS Ark Royal, when HMS Cleopatra was Guard ship, during the deployment to the USA and Caribbean.

I'll try and find them and email them to you.

most of my travelling, was while serving in Cdo Forces band, Stonehouse, where I spent 13 years. The only way to get me out of there, was to close down the band. I did have a few detached duty drafts, which probably confused drafty, which threw him off my scent.

What a terrible life I had.
