Does anyone have a copy of a recording made by Fleet Band in the midd 80's? Cant remeber the name of it but it started off with 'On the Quaterdeck' and had 'Fugue and Swing','Birdwalk', and ' orange juice' (cant spell the proper name). My dad was on this recor and didnt but it. Had a cassette once and managed to get that onto mp3 and put it on a portable hard drive and promply threw the cassette, sadly now my little boy dropped it and I cant get anything off it. Bo<*>cks If anyone could help I would be really greatfull as I really enjoyed that record, cheers

I presume your father is Band Sergeant N. Buckley, I have another recording of the Fleet band with your father playing Alto Saxophone: MUSIC MASTERS MMC0629- ROYAL CEREMONY, COCKLESHELL HEROES, TRUE AND FAIR, TOO MANY LOVES, A NAUTICAL SUITE, CASTLES OF BRITIAN SUITE, HOLYROOD & RULE BRITANNIA. Just as an aside, David Cole composed 'TRUE AND FAIR' I scored the piece for brassband. Please e-mail me if I can help in anyway.

Is it the recording that Ray 'Banner' played the Post Horn Galop?
