Just received the buzz from the RMA that Noel Jones has passed on.

Noel was the Chaplain in Pompey Dockyard who worked with CNH Band (Mike Howarth BM at the time) setting up a season of concerts every Lent in St Ann's Church.

Nice bloke and a big fan of the Band Service. Spent most of his RN career with Royal collecting up a row of GS medals.
